QUESTION - What does it mean when the term "Absolute Auction" is advertised?
ANSWER- Absolute Auction means very simply "sells to the highest bidder". There is NO reserve on the Real and/or personal property that is being sold at auction. This term is most often used by the auctioneer when selling Real Estate at auction.
