Ohio House bill 211 is coming to license home inspectors and require continuing education. Home inspections have been one of the biggest scams in real estate for a long time. This will certainly not stop this scam but, should slow it down considerably.

Many Realtors will push you into a home inspection with the thought this will releive them from any responsibility. Remember, In the State of OHIO, Home inspectors have NO education requirements and NO licenseing requirments. Anyone can be a home inspector all they need is a business card.Why would you pay big money to someone with NO Education or license? Home inpections are one of the biggest scams in the real estate industry today.
